Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange within 24 hours from the time you the product is delivered, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The outfit must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The product must be returned neatly packed, properly folded, and in the original cover and packaging, exactly as received.
- Exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- We currently do not provide pickup service. The return courier has to be arranged by the customer.
Important Notes
- Items that are not neatly folded, not packed properly, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
- If an item does not meet exchange conditions, the same product will be sent back to the customer.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Mandatory Requirement
A complete, uncut opening video of the parcel from the moment it is received till it is fully opened is required.
Without a proper opening video, returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Item
The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received.
Refund Timeline
Refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
